Cancellation and Refund Policy
www.sellvet.com pays attention to the security of its users and examines the accuracy of your payment information from the moment the order is placed. For this reason, you must first receive an e-mail that your order has been confirmed. Under normal circumstances, the purchases you have made from www.sellvet.com are delivered to you within 6 to 48 hours after the e-mail sent if the bank confirmation of the order is received in a healthy way.
When Will My Orders Reach Me?
In all of Turkey at the latest 1 to 3 days (excluding public holidays and Sundays) reach your hand. Your orders are delivered to you by www.sellvet.com team or our dealer teams. In regions where dealership is not given, your order is delivered to you by contracted cargo. Patented tools and equipment that require a deadline period and products that are not accepted by cargo are sent by transport / warehouse companies within 1 week. These transports are sent by the vehicle found as soon as possible.
Delivery and Cargo Fees
Shipping fees at www.sellvet.com must be paid by the buyer. In addition, the shipping fee for returns belongs to the buyer.

RETURN TERMS
The items that must be complete for the products you send for return must be as follows:
– The invoice or delivery note (with all copies) or retail sales receipt of the product must be returned with the goods.
– In order for gift products to be returned, they must be sent together with the invoice.
– Since the E-archive invoice cancellation period is 7 days, please notify your return request for the product you will return on the day you receive the product or the next day.
– Return Period is 14 days. (After the product is delivered, the buyer must notify the www.sellvet.com contact lines in writing that the product will be returned in the first 3-day period. For returns that are not notified within this period, the invoice cancellation period will not be accepted due to the fact that the invoice cancellation period is 7 days).
– Within the 14-day period, the products whose return procedures have been completed must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging and standard accessories if available.
– In particular, the product must not be used. Since the usage area of the products is farm and barn environments, they retain odour and prevent resale.
NOTE: If any of the items of the product is missing, the return of the product is not accepted.
If the products received by our customer service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product price will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 1-3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest (on working days). There is no lump sum refund for instalment purchases. Each month, when the instalment is due, the amount of the instalment is refunded.
